Good day
I have made a mistake while capturing overtime. Instead of 9 hours, I entered 18 hours. Now every time I try to correct it, the overtime hours keep adding up, even though the amount is correct. How do I solve this?

Hello BONGANI MAPHOSA
You can access the employee's Hours (routing HRS) screen, and manually update the hours, if the amount on the payslip is correct.
Usually when entering a batch, where you only cleared the amounts), the hours will accumulate on the Hours screen, where as the amount will calculate correctly.
It is thus important, to remove both the employee amounts and hours worked, before you re-do the input.
