File error 22 refers to a duplicate key (record), and the file mentioned is an interim file generated during the payslip generation process. I think we need ot look at the following that might impact:

• Does this issue occur  when using the both the non-secure payslip generation options?
• Does it occur when you print and email?
• Have you made any recent changes to the company or payslip setup

I would recommend that you reach our to the Customer Support team to have a look with you for a possible cause.
