SBCPP system shut down automatically on its own when trying to open Reports and Maintenance, anyone experiencing the same issue? Please HELP!!!

Should the issue persists, try using a different browser.
It could be that there was a speed performance issue or internet dip at that time.

Thank you, the issue was resolved by using a different browser, resetting users didn't help at all ...I was on Chrome when the issues occurred, and I changed to Ms. Edge and the system is more stable now.
