The Taxation (Amendment) Act No.17 of 2023 was enacted by the President of Malawi. and was published on 5 April 2023.

The following changes have been made to Table B of the Eleventh Schedule:
The new tax table removes the 40% bracket and amended the Monthly Income brackets.
The tax rates are effective from 1 April 2023
