The latest tax files for the following tax countries will be deployed during the evening of 19 January 2023:
- Ghana
- Namibia
- Zambia
- Zimbabwe
The What's Up which will be available after the tax files was deployed, will include details of the changes.
Important notice for Zambia and Zimbabwe users:
- All Zimbabwe and Zambia customers must roll over from December 2022 to January 2023 before 16:00 this afternoon (19 January 2023)
- During this process, the 2022 Tax Year-end instance will be created
- If you do not complete the rollover from December 2022 to January 2023, your December values will recalculate according to the new rates, which will require manual intervention.
- Notification to all impacted users were sent out . (an email with this information was shared with all contacts at the relevant customers).
