In December we advised that we will be migrating the Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional (SBCPP) application location from our existing service provider, to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the South Africa Region.

Please note that this is a reminder that the data migration will commence this Saturday,15 January at 8am (CAT).

Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional will not be available to all customers during this time.

The Service is expected to be operational after 10pm (CAT) on Sunday, 16 January 2022.

We encourage you to plan your workload accordingly. If you have any questions, please click here, supply your detail, and our Support team will come back to you with answers.

Note: Customers with the Employment Equity module must ensure that reports have been printed before Saturday to ensure that EE reports can be submitted timeously ahead of the 15 January 2022 deadline for online EE reporting.
