Resolved | Technical issue: Users are unable to log into the Sage Portal (2021/07/2021)

This issue has been resolved and and user will be able to access the Sage Portal again.

We are aware that users are unable to log into the Sage Portal (https://portal.sage.co.za/shp)

When the user enters the correct Site Code, Email address and Password, the following message reflects:

Our technicians are working to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
