I forgot my Sage ID password, how do I recover it?

If you accidentally misplaced your password for your Sage ID, follow these steps to reset it:

  • When you are on the Sage ID Login page select Forgot your Password 
  • Complete your email address used with initial registration
  • Tick the ‘I’m not a robot’ block and complete the actions as required
  • After successful verification, click on continue
  • A verification code will be emailed to the respective user
  • Once received, open the email and copy and paste the code, click on continue

You will then be prompted to select a new password, click on continue. Once the password has successfully been changed, you will be taken to the landing page where you will be able to access the relevant systems. As a security measure the user will also receive a confirmation email that their password has been changed. If you are not aware of the change, contact Sage.
