Pastel Payroll Status 2 (Disk I/O Error) File (EEEmpl.dat)

I keep on getting this error and now matter how many times I restore a previous backup, when I login again, I get the same error.

First Status 2(Disk I/O Error) File (EEEmpl.dat) - Asking if I want to rebuild, if I say OK, it tries to rebuild, but then states "No successful".  - It then asks "Do you want to restore a backup".  If I try to restore any previous backups, it reads "There is a problem with the restore Process.  It could be caused by one of the follow:

    Hi Shazi.

    Unfortunately, the recommended solution did not resolve the issue.  Only after I did a month-end for March and tried to reload that same employee, did it not give me an error.  So I don't know what the issue was.  Thank you for your assistance even if it didn't work.  Enjoy your day further.
