Roll over - cannot find the 2025 Legislative Release

We have have done the Year End Update and updated to Pastel Payroll 2025. However we cannot find the Legislative update 2025 to download. Is anyone else having the same issue? Holding on the phone to Pastel Payroll Support for 30 minutes now...
