Good Morning
The computer being used name was changed and thus the Payroll no longer wanting to open. i searched Run Time Error on kb.pastel and printed the error and how to clear it. Followed all the steps and did the re-register etc.
After doing all of this i continued to the Utility Manage Server to add company and it then threw out the next error 35602 (Key is not unique in collection) this error gives me the exact same steps to follow and do as the previous error which i already did and seems to be unsuccessful. I did not follow the steps for error 35602 as this would mean i would have to re- register the payroll again.
is there anyone that can assist me please?
