Sage 50c on Apple Mac

SOLVED

We did (several) fresh installations of Sage 50c 9.3.4 on Apple Mac, after installing Parallels.  The installation worked, after we switched off Real time protection.

However the softare is so erratic.  I deleted the company and re-created it from scratch.  We also disabled the advanced search.

The problem is on Customer and supplier documents.  We cannot select the customers/suppliers - message says there are no records... If you type in the cust/Supp code, it works.  When linking a supplier invoice to a purchase order, same happens.  " no documents", although we just created 13 records.  Problem started when started to Link PO to Supp_Inv.

Anyone with ideas on how to fix this please?

    Please can you refresh the Customers, Suppliers, Item Codes and General Ledger accounts. 


    In Edit | General Ledger | Accounts, page down through each record from the first record to the last. You will do so by going to Edit | General Ledger | Accounts. On the keyboard, you will need to press and hold down the page down key until you receive a message that there is a missing description. You will enter the description then save the changes. You will then carry on paging down until there are no more errors.

    You will then follow the same procedure with the suppliers, general ledger and inventory items. You can then try to access the documents and process again.
