Thank you for your question. I apologise for the frustration however this functionality has been removed due to the fact that it was causing errors with the program. I.E all details were removed from the delivery address on customer invoices and the message to input a supplier invoice would not go away..

This caused untold frustrations for many of our customers who would often need to force close the software or spend hours recapturing the customer details.

Our Dev team is investigating the cause behind the multiple screens issue but until they have a solution it was decided to remove the function as it was causing more harm than having this functionality.

Hope you are doing well.

The minimise button is now becoming an issue with a lot of upgrades to 19.3.4. So many people are becoming frustrated with it missing. Has there been any news on getting it back?

Good Afternoon Bev,

Due to the issues this caused I am sure you can understand that caused major frustration as well. At this point in time there is no further news on getting it back. Until we can ensure the issues mentioned will not occur we cannot add back the functionality. Users will need to complete processing before they start looking up details on the masterfiles etc.
