Reseller Zone - Can't log in

I've entered all the correct information I have and the portal keeps telling me that my credentials are incorrect. I can't request a password change, because there is no option for that. I can't get support because there is no option for Reseller Zone in the VERY LIMITED support options. There are no telephone numbers to dial. There are no email addresses to send a query to. The FB page for SAGE doesn't respond to messages, which seems to be a common problem judging by the comments on SAGE's FB page. So how on earth am I supposed to get any help with this problem?? How does a major company like SAGE make a decision like removing all support contacts from their website?? Please buy our product but when you have a problem we would rather you don't try and reach out to us.
