This error occurs when the region and language on the PC's running Sage Pastel Accounting are not the same.

Please click here for a detailed guide on how to setup the region and language correctly for Sage Pastel Accounting.

Please kindly ensure that the region and language on all machines running Sage Pastel Accounting are setup as per the guide.
