Good day,
I can run management packs and all other reports required, but I keep getting the following message while trying to run the "Actual / Budget / Variance / Blank 1-12 & YTD" report on my management accounts - Pastel Business intelligence center FA error - Automation error System call failed. I have phoned Sage and they had me reinstall the template but it did not solve my problem.
