Find feature on the Explorer doesn't find text that is in the Explorer grid.

DETAILS:
1. In the DEMO company open the Explorer,
2. Select the Customers,
3. Type Ctrl+F to open Find,
4. Enter SOF001 in the find field and click Find Next.

EXPECTED:
SOF001 found.

ACTUAL:
Message displays: "Text not found.".

The issue is known and has been logged as PPA-1374 for investigation. The issue is on Build 19.3.1 till 19.3.4. 

Workaround:

Use the Find button from the Customer Zoom screen as below to find records.

You can search for a record by entering any text that the record contains. For example, you can find a customer by entering their telephone number. To do this:

Click the Find button. The Find frame replaces the Zoom Sequence frame:

In the What to Find field, enter the text such as the telephone number.

To find the first record that contains the text, click the Find First button. The system searches every record in the zoom sequence, and stops when it finds the first record that contains the text.

To find every record that contains the text, click the Find All button. The system searches the whole file and displays each record it finds that contains the text. Once you see the record you require, click the Stop button to halt the search.
