Dear Sage Customer

In line with our vision of becoming the market leader for cloud business management solutions, Sage focuses on our core business of providing accounting, payroll, and HR solutions for small and medium enterprises. This strategy sees us partnering with industry-leading independent software vendors (ISVs) to offer complementary products and services.  

To this end, we decided to end of life the Sage Customer Zone module connected to our Sage 50cloud and Sage 200 Evolution software. Customers will have access to this module until Thursday, 25 November 2021.  

What alternative are we proposing to customers? 

We propose our customers partner with Capisol Cloud to ensure they get the latest invoices and improve their cash collection process from the Capisol Cloud add-on solution. 

Customers can use the Customer Zone Module until the end of life on Thursday, 25 November 2021 and then have the option to move across to Capisol Cloud. Please note that there is a fee to use this ISV solution. Customers need to complete the needs analysis form on the website and will then receive a quote. 

What will this mean for my business?  

As of Thursday, 25 November 2021, the Customer Zone Module will no longer be available- customers will need to sign up with an ISV for an alternative service. We are proposing Capisol Cloud.  

What is Capisol Cloud? 

Capisol Cloud offers a holistic digital document management platform and software that delivers cloud-based solutions providing Software as a Service (SaaS) and pay as you use pricing with no long-term contracts. One of their core services is the digitalisation of the Cash Collection process.
