The quantity does not show on the Activity tab under Edit Inventory Item when the total movement is zero for each period because the totaling quantity for purchases, adjust and sales quantity on a specific period is zero. It just shows as if nothing happened.

The issue is known and has been logged as PPAS-347 for investigation.

Unfortunately, there is no workaround.
