So we have a system where staff gets 1.75 leave days per month because they work 6 days a week. And when they start working they only start getting leave after a full month worked.
We struggle to get the leave to balance on sage. Also what we do is we do not pay leave in advance we pay it out weekly (all our staff gets paid weekly) so if they went on leave this week we pay them out next week for the leave days they took this week. So I don't know how I can get the setup right on my weekly cycles. And how I can change the payout because we have to do manual leave paid out. Then the days are not balancing on the payslips.
Any advice will be appreciated.
