To accomplish this you can make use of the Evolution DDS (Data Distribution Utility).

However, I recall that there were a software bug in our earlier Evolution versions to properly import stock items.

Therefore, can you perhaps first upgrade to the latest Evolution version, 10.1.3.004 (in which stock imports work fine)?

To import source documents such as invoices and GRV's you can make use of the Data Import/Export utility which is used from within the Evolution company.
