5. Obtain the MS SQL script from the Sage Evolution Support Department that .
recreates the _bvGLTransactionsFull view.

7. Run a GL | Maintenance | GL Relink and wait until done.
8. Users should now be able to run any type of GL related report without any further

Items 3, 4 and 5 are so clear how I can proceed with them. Please let me know how I can perform actions 3, 4 and 5. I really appreciate.

Unfortunately it will not be possible to advise you on this platform how to achieve steps 3 and 4 as it require a deeper knowledge about working with MS SQL Management Studio and Evolution SQL database  tables, views. This kind of deeper knowledge cannot be explained on Sage City as its really very complex for someone who is not knowing how to work with Management Studio and Evolution DB tables and views.  

For that reason the article actually refer to rather consult with your Evolution Business Partner to accomplish it.

Else, the only other advise I can offer here is that, if you're a South African end user client, to rather log this query with Evolution Support by opening the following link

I have been able to achieve steps 3 and 4. I have deleted the _bBvGLTransactionsHistFull view. And renamed the existing _bvGLTransactionsFull view to_bvGLTransactionsHistFull.

However, I'm stuck with step 5. How do I recreates the _bvGLTransactionsFull view?

My business is based in Nigeria. We are also talking with a business partner. But as matter of urgency, we need to resolve this while agreements are completed with Business Partner. So please help me with steps 5.

Hi Bennie.

I have data on 7.20.4 that is showing differences between cashbook report and  transaction report . i was therefore trying to resolve it by refreshing views ie downgrading the version and upgrading it. I how ever got the error when i try to print the report after refreshing views.

if i upgrade the same data to 10.1.2 my cashbook and transaction report is showing correctly. we do not want to upgrade the client at the moment as they are also using xpedite.
