Unable to log in

Good day guys,

i am unable to log in to Sage Evolution. The login window is not popping up even after clicking the Sage icon several times. However, before this happened there was an error message that kept popping up in the middle of capturing. Then l decided to log out and re-log in but now l cant log in.What could be the problem and how can the problem be resolved.

Good Afternoon

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. Open the local PC's Task Manager and go to the Processes tab

2.IN here, find and right click the first instance that you find of Evolution

3. Right click on it and select End Task

4. Repeat the above steps for all other Evolution instances that you find in the Processes tab.

5. You should now be able to open Evolution in the normal way.

6. Else, if the above does not work, simply restart your PC
