Hello again

I am trying to pull a report of dead stock in our warehouse as we want to move those out to another physical warehouse to make space in our headoffice one.

As I understand it, I can pull a report of Slow Movers. I set the setting to show me stock that has sold less than 1 item over the past year. When I generate the report, it has 543 pages equaling about 31000 lines of items (thats without the gaps inbetween pages and headings). I picked from the 1st item in the list to the last item in the list and included inactive items and zero count items (the company's quantities are not correct, so there will be items that shows 0 but we do actually have stock of them).

I have a problem with this. 2 weeks ago I pulled an entire Inventory Listing report...as I understand, this lists ALL the stock in the warehouse. I chose the same options as in the above report, including inactive and zero count items. This report is only 470 pages long and after removing empty spaces and headers, comes up to just over 29000 line items.

How is this possible? How can the slow movers report have more items on it than the entire inventory listing report?

Im confused.
