Hi Bennie. this helped a bit, we now have R1,234.56 on the invoice.

In addition to the R symbol on the amount, we want to add the currency, ZAR/ BWP/ MZN to the invoice as well.

I can find a ForeignCurrencyID in the plInvLines>plInvNum pipe, but no Currency.

I think it was back in 2011 v7 when some genius decided to disallow adding tables to the data tab. How do I fix?

Good, at least you're making progress

Now we're moving into the real tricky terrain of layout customisations I guess. 

But I wonder, a quick simple solution would be to create various layouts for specific currencies, and then on each inserting a Label field just to the left (or right) of the Invoice total value relevant to the customer's currency.
E.g. On the SA invoice layout, insert a Label field and capture ZAR 

E.g. On the Botswana invoice layout, insert a Label field and capture BWP (or whatever value you want) 

else, I can perhaps recommend a skilled report Writer developer that can customise the layout for you with some clever/intelligent 'calculations'/ formulas to force the correct values.
