Evolution installation

I am trying to install Evolution V7.20.2 from disc to a PC with window 10 and Office 365. I am getting an error 1603 every time.Even when installing from Sage Ftp site. Installed to my laptop and got the same error.

*Community Hub is the new name for Sage City
