Also, please specify the specific type of UDF option you'e using as viewed on the long list of  possible UDF options?

And how many UDF records have you been able to properly add under this specific UDF type?

there is 17 now, I havent added they have been there so i just wanted to add one more.

I've tested in ver 7.20.8 and was able to add 20 new UDF's. But then I closed the screen and allowed the Views to be refreshed (an automatic procedure that runs as you close the UDF screen) 

However, when I re-open it, the Add button on my side is also greayed out. If I then delete one UDF, the Add button becomes available.

Bottom line: If you really need more than 17 UDF's, try the following:

1) Delete all UDF's 

2) Close the UDF screen and allow the refresh views routine to run

3) Re-open the UDF setup screen and start adding one by one all the UDF records you require

4) Then close the UDF setup screen and allow the refresh views to run

Thank you for your assistance, I am trying to find One UDF then do not use and delete. I can not delete all as they all have information that they need.

Thanks, I have a question relating to UDF,

Which table is storing UDF? I have created UDF on Inventory Goods Receive Document which linked to dbo.INVNUM. I want to access a table which store these UDF. 

Example if I want to access a table storing vendors i would go to dbo.vendor then what is the table for UDF?
