In our endless quest to ensure our valuable Evolution end user clients have a great relationship with their linked Business Partners and to have your queries efficiently resolved, please consider the following advice: 

Your Business Partner (BP) has tremendous skills and experience on resolving a wide range of Evolution related queries which should never be underestimated.  We therefore encourage you to make more direct contact with your BP to have your Evolution queries resolved in a fast and productive manner. Doing this should also lead to improved working relationships with your BP and make them understanding your unique business environment so much better.

Did you also know that working through your BP may be cheaper to purchase new Evolution user accounts or add-on modules as opposed to going directly to Sage Sales department? That is because our BP’s work on a rebate system which enables them to pass lower costs through to you.

Finally, please also consider especially the following type of queries for which your BP should be the first point of reference as he/she has the edge to handle:

• General company setups / configurations
• Accounts Payable EFTS file exports
• Company data corruption / data fixing issues
• Report / source document layout customizations
• Data Distribution Services imports
• Data Import / Export module setups
• Alert Management setups
• Integration with external applications setups
• Year End routines
• Ledger- vs Sub Ledger account discrepancies (in e.g., AR, AP, Inventory, Job Costing, Manufacturing vs WIP)
• Etc.
