Hi

I have a union report with multiple lookup sheets and pivot table sheets. I need to automate the report to automatically e-mail recipients with only the formatted sheets - the workbook is too big with the underlying data. I have written a macro to run on startup to delete the lookup sheets and e-mail the workbook.

The issue I am having is that when BIC runs the report, it refreshes the links again after running the macro which has just deleted the source data and throws an error.

Any ideas to resolve this would be great.
