The error is commonly caused by the Sage Intelligence installation on the affected machine. Please uninstall and reinstall Sage Intelligence on the affected machine/s. Check that Sage Intelligence is also installed on the server machine.

You may download Sage Intelligence for V18 from the link below under the Modules and Additional Applications tab.

Once reinstalled, run the reports to test if the error still occurs.
