Bank Manager error

After closing the year-end I cannot use Bank Manager. I receive these two errors:

1. A Column ID occurred more than once in the specification.

2. Error 567 (Provider v. 5.6.8.0): Column does not exist: .....

I found possible solutions here and I tried them.

I tried to open Bank Manager in the Demo company. Bank Manager issued the same error in the Demo company, so both my company and the Demo company cannot utilise Bank Manager.

It however worked in a third company that I tried.

I then followed further steps and deleted the Statementdata.sdf file  to see if that would work. I could not find any LETxxx files. None of this solved the problem and i still cannot use Bank Manager.

Any solutions please?

    Hi Mapule.

    Thank you for the attempt, but Bank Manager Fix did not fix the problem. It may be because I do not have the second and third folders Bank Manager for Accounting V14 and BM17 on my computer, where I am supposed to copy the .exe file to and run as Administrator, or the error cannot be fixed at all. Not sure.

    Hi there,

    It's okay if you don't have the other 2 locations. As long as you have C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage Pastel, and you can run the .exe file as administrator.
