Customer Journal is missing the amount column

Question

I am trying to do a customer journal entry on Sage 50 but it is missing the amount column. How do I change the setup to include the value column?

Thank you for logging your query with us

Do the following for me:

On the Customer Journal screen, click on Batch... Restore Columns

This will reset the screen to its defaults and the missing column will show.
