The other way to do this is maybe add a GL Account from the front end of the system and then Export it to Excel. Then compare this Normal Balance DR/CR ACCBAL field and check if this is the same on your import file. 

Please check the text within the column Normal Balance DR/CR ACCBAL field of your import file.
