Error trying to post a receipt in Banking

Question

I have multiple clients, but only in ONE of them am I having this problem. 
 I log in, go to banking, try to record a customer payment and I get this message, repeatedly: 
 "Sorry about this. It looks like we're experiencing a technical problem. Please return to Sage Accounting and try again."

Any ideas??

HI DeAnna Hart 
 For those clients with an error, can you go into Settings > Business Settings > Financial Year 
 advance your " Year-end Date " to the next year e.g. Feb 28, 2025, then Save changes. 
 You should be able to create transactions from the incoming bank feeds.
