Credit Card/subscription payment issues

It appears I am not the only one having issues updating a credit card to pay the Sage subscription. I've emailed every address at Sage and still no resolve. It leads to wonder if we should search for another accounting solution. Taking a credit card online is not that complicated. If Sage/Salesforce can't resolve a simple online payment issue, it begs to question the adequacy of more complex matters like data security, etc.
