Bank Connection Problem

I looked back at post history and did not see any that matched the problem I am having. I am trying to connect a bank checking account to Sage Accounting and I continue to get an Alert that says "No Accounts Available To Connect". The one I am trying to connect with is a newer account - over 90 days now. I can connect other checking accounts from the same bank but not the one I need. I have contacted the bank and they said it must be a Sage problem. 

Anyone know how to get this accomplished? Is it simply because the account is too new?
