I have had no trouble logging in (remotely on my laptop) through Teamviewer, except when the server local inexplicably goes down in the office where the desktop is located.  Problem resolves itself when the server is reset.  

Recently, I have been able to log in but unable to perform such tasks as billing, running client and billing reports and especially, downloading slips from the eCenter.  Is there an issue with Teamviewer or the TS eCenter that is causing this problem?  I think Teamviewer also updated its software recently but I am also having trouble with other programs on the desktop, such as Outlook.

Is anyone else having these issues? Can anyone in tech support give suggestions?  MAJOR problem.
