No, they aren't even in proof stage yet. This is when I go to the toolbar under"bills" then "generate bills", put in the date and clients, print to "display" and then we have always been able to change the slip right there.
Hmm, hard to guess on so little information. What version of Timeslips? What (if anything) happens when you click on the slip in display? Does it grey out or anything? BEFORE you click on it, but only hover over the slip, does it change color (yellow or blue/purple)?
Until this month, when I would print the bills to display and you would hover over the slip, it would change color. Now nothing.

At this point, you have limited options. Since 2014 is unsupported by Sage, you can only get help with it from a third party certified consultants like myself, and others that frequent this forum who try to provide what support we can on old versions.
I'd be happy to remote in and take a quick look, but that would be a billable event for me.
