I have a timeslips for windows, i have installed the software, tried to register, but it's asking me to upgrade. I do not want to upgrade. Can anyone help with generating a registration code?

The short answer is probably no. You did not provide the version of Timeslips that you are trying to install. There is no such thing as a "Timeslips for Windows 200s." I am assuming you are trying to move an existing installation, because why would you wait so long to install? Nonetheless, it sounds like it is an older unsupported version. Sage does not support these older versions.
That said, you may not need a new RP code. Is Timeslips still running on another machine? You can likely retrieve a reinstallation code off of that to use on the new installation.
