thanks, Nancy. That report has too much info. All I want is clients and their balances. I figured out a way to do this with client history but it includes clients with zero balances. Would like to eliminate those. Any thoughts?

Really depends what you mean by "too much info"...

You 'could' create a custom report with just two columns: Client Name and Balance Due. But that is a custom report that has to be created. 

You can also run the Aged A/R, and under Options elect to only see 1 Aging Period, which takes out some, but not all of the columns.

Or you can print the Aged A/R to Excel (change the output) and take out the columns you don't want in Excel.
