downloading software issue

I am a student taking the sage 50 2022 class and I followed all the instructions to download the software and when i get to the final step, i am encountering a step that is not in the book. They do not have any technical support for students. Does anyone know a phone number or where i can get help? Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out.  Please go to https://www.sage.com/ca/about-us/education

    If you have already downloaded the software, you can go directly to the activation page:

    1. Open a web browser and go to Register
    2. Fill out the form with your info.
    3. Look for a reply email from "Sage Team." This might take up to a day. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email [email protected].
    4. Use the Serial number and Key code in the email to activate your Sage 50 program.
    5. You can use these codes again if you need to reinstall the software.

    Once you're registered, you'll see a "Get the software" section. Download your software there.

    Important: The Sage 50 2019-2020 educational versions were retired on December 31, 2023.  We will no longer support or supply educational registration codes for these retired software products.



    If you do not receive activation codes, fill out the form again and wait 45 minutes for an email from "Sage Team". If you do not receive the activation codes within that time, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you still are not receiving the activation codes, please email [email protected]. Hope this helps!
