Dear Sage City members,

You still have a couple more weeks to sign up for

X3 - Sage X3 - Expert Workshop: Tailoring Automatic journals

presented by Global CoEx (October 17-20,2022).

You started a new project and have to present to the financial team the concept of automatic accounting and how it is implemented in X3. The first challenge is to explain the concept of Accounting codes and Automatic journals to the team with the different background and accounting systems they have previously used. Besides, in each project it is likely you will face the requests requiring automatic journals to be tailored in order to achieve the customer business needs.

Attend this expert workshop to gain an in depth understanding of automatic journals and how to safely perform adjustments and modifications in Sage X3. Some automatic journals have tens of lines: which one is used in your system? Where G/L account came from? How to add more lines the to the standard journals created by X3? How to troubleshoot the posting? What are the most common modifications and how to approach them. Do not invent a wheel: after attending this session you will have a better understanding of the following:

  • Automatic journals field by field
  • Most common modifications requested by our customers
  • Posting troubleshooting tools.
  • Accounting interfaces

Just to name a few.

Constantly updated, Closing operation workshop includes recently added and enhanced features. Hands-on exercises, business cases, and discussions make it practical and fun.
