Secure Document Storage/Management Solutions

We are looking for recommendations for document storage/management, especially for payroll and general HR forms.

We have looked into Sage HRMS but found that it wasn't really what we are looking for. We are a small company and don't do a lot of hiring/relocating so the onboarding features aren't something we'd really utilize, along with the majority of the other features it offers. That being said...we DO like the employee portal idea and feel like that could possibly be something we'd look into later on down the road.

As for now, we are basically looking for a secure way to store our payroll files and general HR documenation electronically. (W2/W4, I-9, employee contact info, etc.) We are currently using Dropbox, as well as a locked file on our server, but we'd really like to have something that is more portal or cloud based and encrypted. We've also started utilizing the paperclip feature inside of Sage on each employee's vendor file. But again, we'd like to have something secure and safe OUTSIDE of Sage as another backup.

If anyone has any programs that they enjoy and have found helpful, we'd love your suggestions and feedback on what you use, what you've tried, etc.

Our "want" list:

- Integrates with Sage 300, if possible, for easy and automatic updating and importing/exporting of info

- Ability to store sensitive data securely..employee names, SSNs, wages, time cards, witholding information, etc, etc.

- Cloud or portal based, password protected and abilty to create separate users/logins

- 2-Factor or Multi-factor authentication if possible
