Yes you can create new line items for your change orders.
If you are entering change orders in Contracts:
https://us-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=222924650021278 (Note step 10, that's where you create a new contract item)
If you are using Project Management:
https://us-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=222924450019282 (Not step 6).
