When trying to close my Accounting month, for the last 4-5 months, I get an error advising "GL Master File in Use" and the Accounting cannot be closed. No one is using the Master File when trying to complete this task and the only way we've been able to fix it is to have our IT team forcibly log out all existing sessions in Sage. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and how did you resolve it?
