You'll make up an invoice to create.  Usually I make the invoice# mean something like "TransFrmSavToChking" 

I was hoping to avoid assigning it to an invoice or creating an invoice at all...  but If that's the only way then I can do that.. thanks!

if you need to cut an actual physical hard copy check, you will need to enter an invoice as Rhonda outlined.  otherwise you can do a bank transfer in CM. You will need to hit a bank transfer clearning account as the debit on the invoice, and then hit that same account when you deposit the check into the other bank as the credit account.

Not an expert here-just a user. But you could just put it in your cash management under edit register. CM>Edit register>withdraw (assign it a check number in description so you can track it) Then put it to the correct GL account. It is a way to get around adding it as an invoice. Hope this helps
