Printing W-3 2021

Question

This may have been asked and answered previously but I could not find the answer. I am completing W-2's for 2021 and have printed the W-3. When I ordered my forms, I received a blank RED W-3. Is there a way to print the W-3 on the preprinted Red Form? When I print the W-3 from Sage, the form prints out in its entirety. In the past I have used an actual typewriter to complete the RED W-3 form to submit with my W-2's. Trying to avoid having to use the typewriter. Thank you.

Aatrix prints the entire form and is not designed to print the form to a preprinted form. See KB Article: The W-2 and W-3 for the Social Security Administration are not red (21924) . The form printed from the Aatrix software in black ink will be accepted by the SSA. You can type the KB number 21924 in the SEARCH field above to review this article.
