There are several ways to establish begining balances ranging from converting the data using a conversion tool, to manually entering them in General Ledger using record entries.  But really I have to strongly recommend getting assistance from a qualified Sage 300 CRE implementation consultant as there are so many things that should be considered.  Kb that outlines how to use record entries is 49425.  Are your GL accounts already setup in Sage 300 CRE?
