Payroll - South Carolina Unemployment

South Carolina implemented a new rule in March 2021 where, if you have employees in more than one state, you can credit the wages paid to the other state (per employee) but only one time in two years.  There is not a field anywhere to track this and Aatrix is requiring Sage300 to update those totals manually when filing Aatrix reports.  Has anyone come across this issue and any suggestions on how to track this?  Companies located on the border will have a lot of manual tracking to do.
