Remote App - ODBC

We recently change IT Providers and they are now hosting our servers. We access Sage via Remote App. They have created a separate Excel app I have to use (Remote App) that I am to use for ODBC. I know we have updated Excel and Sage but holy-moly - either I am totally lost or the ODBC is NOT set up correctly. Anyone point me to directions for using this?

Can you import back into Sage via ODBC using Excel??

Not that I'm aware of. I always use Access if I'm writing to Sage master files.

Same here. I use Microsoft Access for my ODBC connection.

Yes. I use excel to update certain job cost fields via VBA (visual basic for applications) code. Only certain fields are "creatable" and "editable"
